Anthony Wolfe, Sunbury, OH, Dies in Car Accident

Anthony Wolfe, 18, of Sunbury, Ohio, passed away early Thursday morning, August 21, 2023, following a car accident. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Wolfe was traveling south towards Sunbury when the crash happened. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.

Susan M. Schneider of Centerburg, Ohio, confirmed the news of Wolfe’s passing in a Facebook post.

“Anthony was a kind and gentle soul,” Schneider wrote. “He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.”

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 27, 2023, at the First United Methodist Church in Sunbury.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Anthony Wolfe Memorial Fund, which will be used to support his educational and charitable interests.
