After enduring financial hardships and longing for a larger home, Deon’s dream has come true as he now has full ownership of his North Las Vegas residence, The US Sun reported.
Derricos and his company, Reec Enterprises, owned the house on March 14, 2023.
However, that isn’t the only real estate win for the realtor, as a lien was released on a separate 3,084 square feet North Las Vegas house on April 3, 2023.

The family previously lived in a four-bedroom, three-bathroom 2,400 square feet home, where space was at a premium.
