Actor Bobby Luhnow takes on the very important role and is joined by Dianna Agron as Sarah and Carlos Bardem as Padre Cruz onscreen, among others. The show was developed by Everado Gout, Leopoldo Gout, and Jorge Dorantes.

The Chosen One premieres Wednesday, Aug. 16, 2023 at 12 a.m. PT on Netflix. That means the six-episode season is streaming at 3 a.m. ET on the east coast and 2 a.m. CT for those of you who live in the Midwest part of the country.

I mean, it is summer time, but still. The release day and time is on a weekday.
